Abstract:
The invention relates to biomolecular pharmacology. The inventive preparation is embodied in the form of a product obtainable by biologically and chemically treating vegetable biomass or the waste thereof by means of microorganisms, wherein an initial raw material is embodied in the form of a carbohydrate-containing vegetable biomass, the carbohydrate part is equal to or greater than 5 % of the total initial biomass, said biomass is mixed with water and with additional lactic acid bacteria in the form of a standard starter with the initial content thereof ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 % per litre of the aqueous mixture and said mixture is incubated at a temperature of 36-42 °C for at least 6 hours with a pH maintained at a level of 6.75± 0.05 by introducing ammonium hydroxide. The thus obtained paste can be used in the form of an assimilable protein precursor. The inventive method for producing the preparation consists in treating the initial biomass by lactic acid bacteria and in fractionally adding ammonium hydroxide in such a way that the pH is maintained at 6.75 ±05. The final product is embodied in the form of a mass containing assimilable protein precursors.
