Abstract:
Disclosed is a prepolymer, and the preparation raw materials thereof comprise: (A) a compound with the structure as shown in formula (1), wherein R1, R2 and R3 in formula (1) are each independently selected from vinyl or epoxy groups; (B) an organosiloxane containing phenyl and Si-H groups; and (C) a platinum catalyst. The prepolymer increases the compatibility of an organosilicone and an epoxy resin by means of combining specific compounds with organosilicone. The process is simple and easy to operate, and has a high yield, which facilitates further production of high-performance encapsulating resins. Also provided is an encapsulating resin, comprising an epoxy resin, the prepolymer described above, a curing agent, an adhesive accelerant and a catalyst. The encapsulating resin generates a thermosetting epoxy resin by means of the reaction of the epoxy components and the curing agent, which has an excellent resistance to light aging in the blue waveband of 450 nm to 470 nm, as well as an excellent heat resistance, being easy to package, good transparency, and broad market prospects.
