Abstract:

The objective of the invention is to produce a prepreg (10) comprising a cloth (4) having a matrix resin (5) adhered thereto. The invention comprises: disposing a mold release sheet (3) on each surface of the cloth (4); overlaying the pair of mold release sheets (3) onto the cloth (4) by passage thereof through a gap portion (2b) located in a space between a pair of heat rollers (2); supplying the matrix resin (5) in such a manner as to accumulate above the gap portion of the heat rollers (2) and between the pair of mold release sheets (3); and adjusting the interval (6) between the pair of heat rollers (2) thereby controlling the amount of the matrix resin (5) adhered.
