Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a prepreg which is heat-weldable to a member including a thermoplastic resin in injection molding or press molding, and in which, due to the loss tangent tan δ curve of a thermosetting resin having a specific peak measured by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement method (DMA method), appropriate flexibility and adhesiveness are obtained, the prepreg has excellent formability to a complex die surface and adhesion to the die surface, there is no position shift of the prepreg, and the prepreg is capable of efficient reinforcement/stiffening in the desired location; and an integrally molded article, and the present invention relates mainly to a prepreg including (A) reinforcing fibers, (B) a thermosetting resin, and (C) a thermoplastic resin, the thermoplastic resin (C) being present on the surface of one side of a layer in which the reinforcing fibers (A) are impregnated with the thermosetting resin (B), and the loss tangent tan δ curve of the thermosetting resin (B) measured by a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement method (DMA method) having a peak in the range of 30-100°C inclusive.
