Abstract:
Provided is a preservation solution for low-temperature long-term preservation of an adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell, and in particular, provided is a cell preservation solution, comprising the components of: a compound electrolyte, trehalose, and 1-5 wt% of human serum albumin. The preservation solution can be used for maintaining the cell viability and proliferation capability of a clinical product under a low-temperature preservation condition.
