Abstract:
Disclosed are a preset data propagation method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises the following steps: step 1), selecting preset data; step 2) the calling party sends the selected preset data to the called party and forces to display same on the called party; step 3), during or after the display of the preset data, the calling party sends a dialing request to the called party according to the intention of a user; and step 4), the called party responds to answering or rejecting according to an instruction of the user. According to a method provided by the present invention for displaying the video, audio, photo, or text preset by the other party before a formal call between communication devices, especially between smartphones. Without the support of a VoLTE network and a VoLTE terminal of a telecommunication operator, both calling and called devices can view the related audio, video, or picture and text information configured by the other party before the formal system call.
