Abstract:
Disclosed is a press-cure mold cooling device with an improved structure to be able to slow down the cooling rate of a trim cut during a pressing process of a steel sheet blank in the production of parts for press cure. The press-cure mold cooling device according to the present invention comprises: a mold for press cure, which includes an upper mold and a lower mold, each having a cooling water supply section therein for press forming of a steel sheet blank by upward and downward stroking; and cooling water temperature regulation means disposed between contact surfaces, the contact surfaces being respectively formed between the cooling water supply sections in the upper and lower molds and the steel sheet blank, so as to regulate the temperature of cooling water being delivered to the steel sheet blank. Accordingly, the present invention is advantageous in that the cooling rate transmitted from the cooling water supply sections of the upper and lower molds can be delayed to prevent the trim cut from being quenched and thus being transformed into a martensite texture having high hardness, so that the wear on a trimming mold during a trimming process may be reduced, which in turn improves endurance and increases productivity.
