Abstract:
A press-forming analysis method according to the present invention includes: a first shape generation step S1 in which a first shape 5 having the same shape as an actual press-formed article is generated on the basis of measurement data obtained by measuring the shape of the actual press-formed article after release from a mold, said actual press-formed article having been subjected to actual press-forming in a prescribed mold using an actual blank 3 obtained from a metal sheet having shape variation; a second shape acquisition step S3 in which a flat blank model 7 is used to perform a press-forming analysis with a mold model having the same shape as the prescribed mold, thereby obtaining a press-formed article shape after mold release as a second shape 9; and a deviation amount acquisition step S5 in which the first shape 5 and the second shape 9 are compared to determine a region of deviation between the two shapes, as well as the amount of said deviation.
