Abstract:
With a material (M) inserted between at least one pair of opposing dies (50a, 52a, 54a, 56a, 58a, 60a), the disclosed press forming device (2) is capable of forming a workpiece from the material by pressing with the at least one pair of dies (50a, 52a, 54a, 56a, 58a, 60a). When replacing the at least one pair of dies (50a, 52a, 54a, 56a, 58a, 60a), the at least one pair of dies (50a, 52a, 54a, 56a, 58a, 60a) is replaced with the material (M) or the workpiece still in a state in which said material (M) or workpiece is inserted between said at least one pair of dies (50a, 52a, 54a, 56a, 58a, 60a).
