Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a press machine in which a slide can be accurately stopped
at its top dead point, and a method and a device for controlling stopping of the
top dead point. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] The rotation angle of a crankshaft
(4) is detected by a rotation angle detector (21). The viscosity of a hydraulic
fluid for operating a clutch brake device (8) is measured by a viscosity sensor
(22). Based on the detected and measured rotation angle and viscosity, the opening/closing
timing of a first valve (17) is so controlled as to stop the rotation of the crankshaft
(4) at the top dead point.
