Abstract:
A press machine (1) is provided with a lower die which supports a steel plate (10), an upper die (31) which is provided so as to face the lower die, a lower holder (22) which is provided around the lower die with a gap therebetween and is movable relative to the lower die, an upper holder (32) which is provided so as be located around the upper die (31) with a gap therebetween and to face the lower holder, is movable relative to the upper die (31), and is provided with a trimming edge (32e), an air supply path (37) which is formed by the outer side surface of the upper die (31) and the inner side surface of the upper holder (32), and an air pump (36) which supplies air from an air supply opening (32f) to the air supply path (37). A horizontal side surface (31c) of the upper die (31) and a horizontal side surface (32c) of the upper holder (32) are located on the downstream side of the air supply opening (32f) and close the air supply path (37) by making contact with each other.
