Abstract:
A press machining device comprises a lower die (31) including a die and a blank holder (33) which is arranged around the die and which can be moved away from a stationary plate and close to the stationary plate; an upper die (30) which cooperates with the lower die (31) to hold a workpiece (W) coated with a lubricant oil between the upper die and the lower die in order to machine the workpiece (W); and a die cushion device which supports the blank holder (33). The die cushion device includes an hydraulic cylinder (71) which biases the blank holder (33) toward the upper die (30) and which moves the blank holder (33) to approach the stationary plate while maintaining a state in which the blank holder (33) cooperates with the upper die (30) to hold the workpiece (W) therebetween when a pressing force above a predetermined value is applied to the blank holder (33) from the upper die (30), and a restriction device (75) which restricts the displacement of the blank holder (33) away from the stationary plate.
