Abstract:
The present invention relates to a press material separation apparatus, which quickly and accurately lifts and separates a loaded material on the uppermost part thereof regardless of a magnetic material or a non-magnetic material by using a lifting means for lifting an edge portion (side parts) of the material and an automatic latch for maintaining a lifted state of the material, and comprises: supporting members (3) having a "right-side-opened rectangle" shaped plane, and vertically fixed to the upper surface of a prop plate (2); left and right side plates (4, 5) at the outer side surfaces of the supporting member (3); aligning rods (6, 7) vertically provided at the front end portions of the left and right side plates (4, 5) and supporting the edge portion of the material (9); the lifting means (10) provided on the upper surface of an inclined plate (8) provided between the supporting members (3); a separating means (27) provided on the upper surface of the lifting means (10), and pushing upward the edge portion of a material (9a) loaded on the uppermost part thereof so as to lift and separate the same; the automatic latches (11, 12) provided at the left and right side plates (4, 5), and on which the bottom surface of the edge of the uppermost material (9a) is placed and supported; a proximity sensor (13) or a proximity switch for sensing the lifting of the material (9); and a magnetic base (16) provided on the upper surface of the prop plate (2), and suctioning the press material separating apparatus (1) to the bottom surface (15) of a material loading rack (14) by using the magnetic force of a magnet provided therein, so as to firmly fix the same.
