Abstract:
The present invention relates to a press material support and separation apparatus (1) which is configured to accurately and quickly align, support, and separate a press material loaded in a material feeding device (2) irrespective of the shape and size of the press material, and enable the press material loaded in the upper portion (upper end) thereof to be separated and supplied smoothly sheet-by-sheet by magnetic force and/or air-jetting, the press material support and separation apparatus comprising: a pedestal (4) having a plurality of fastening holes so as to be installed in the upper portion of a load stand (3) of the material feeding device; a pair of vertical members (5, 6) which are fixed in parallel on the upper surface of the pedestal (4); alignment rods (7, 8) which are fixed vertically on the outer side surfaces of the vertical members (5, 6); rotatory magnet separation means (9, 10) which are respectively installed in the upper portions of the alignment rods (7, 8), wherein the press material support and separation apparatus further comprise air-jetting means (11, 12) which are respectively installed in the upper portions of the alignment rods (7, 8) and may further comprise material sensing means (12) which are installed in the upper portion of one side alignment rod (7) and the other side alignment rod (8), sense the height of the material (41), which is raised by an elevator (47) of a material feeding device (2) as the loaded material (41) is consumed, and maintain the material at a certain height.
