Abstract:
The present invention relates to a press mold device. According to the present invention, the press mold device for manufacturing, from a pipe-shaped object, to be pressed, having a hollow portion, a press-molded object having first to third segments from the top to the bottom thereof in the pipe shape in which diameters of the first segment and the third segment are respectively smaller than the diameter of the second segment comprises: a first press mold for primarily molding an initial object to be pressed; and a second press mold for secondarily molding the primarily molded object to be pressed, wherein the first press mold molds an upper joint part at which the first step and the second step are connected and a lower joint part at which the second step and the third step are connected, such that the joint parts form a curved surface having a predetermined curvature radius R1, the second press mold molds the upper joint part and the lower joint part such that the joint parts form a curved surface having a predetermined curvature radius R2, and R2 is smaller than R1.
