Abstract:
Disclosed is a press molding apparatus comprising a die (2), a punch (3) and a cushion ring. The cushion ring is composed of a first cushion ring (5) and a second cushion ring (6). The first cushion ring (5) is arranged around the punch (3), and the punch (3) is provided with a space (3c) for housing the second cushion ring (6). The second cushion ring (6) is placed in the space (3c) in the punch (3), and has a reinforcing structure (50) for maintaining the proper posture of the second cushion ring (6).
