Abstract:
The invention relates to press molds of roller presses, which are used in particular to press loose bulk goods into briquettes. The subject matter of the invention is substantially characterized by the arrangement and shape of the mold cavities in the press molds. The mold cavities are arranged parallel to each other in a row-like manner in the area of the press tracks of the press molds, and namely in one row to the right and one row to the left of the press track center line. The mold cavities are arranged in a V in the direction of the press track center line and in the rotational direction of the press rollers. Furthermore, the mold cavities of the one row are offset from those of the other row. The profile depth of the mold cavities decreases from the press track center line to the press track edge, wherein the profile depth of the mold cavity opens into a circumferential groove.
