Abstract:

A press mounting device of inner snap ring comprises a base (1), a fixed plate of cylinder (3), a fixed plate of core rod (4) and a fixed plate of sleeve (5), which are connected together by a compressing spring (6) and slide up and down along the guide supports between the base and the fixed plate of cylinder. A piston rod (8) of the cylinder fixed on the upper end of the core rod of pressing snap ring (9) after passing through the fixed plate of cylinder. The core rod of pressing snap ring is connected with the fixed plate of core rod. A sleeve (12) with hollow structure is fixed on the fixed plate of sleeve. The lower end of the core rod of pressing snap ring passes through the minimal inside diameter of the hollow structure. A workpiece positioning plate (30) provided on the base facing the lower end of the sleeve. The device of the invention has good guide performance, and it could ensure success mounting of the snap ring and could be operated conveniently.
