A press pump provided with an elastic body and an apparatus having a pump. The press pump comprises the following plastic components: a press head (1), a screw thread (2), a lock (3), a primary column (4), a secondary column (5), a piston (6), a body (7), and further comprises a glass bead (8), and an elastic body (9) made from plastic. The elastic body comprises at least three annular support rings (91) spaced apart from each other and at least two bent rods (92) provided in between each two adjacent annular support rings. Each annular support ring (91) slidably engages with the primary column (4) and the secondary column (5). The annular support ring (91) at the top abuts a top surface of a sleeve body (12), and the annular support ring (91) at the bottom engages with the top of the secondary column (5). In the press pump, the elastic body made from plastic is used instead of a metal spring, such that the press pump is completely made from plastic, and a spring is prevented from contacting a liquid, thereby reducing contamination, facilitating recycling, and allowing the press pump to be environmentally friendly and hygienic. In addition, the elastic body of this structure has stable elasticity.
