Abstract:

A press roll device according to the present invention passes a unit cell between an upper roll and a lower roll. The press roll device is characterized by comprising: the lower roll; the upper roll; a lower mount which is immobilized and to which the lower roll is mounted; an upper mount which is restrained by a bracket and can be made to ascend or descend by the bracket, and to which the upper roll is mounted; and a stopper which is disposed between the lower mount and the upper mount so that the lower roll and the upper roll are spaced apart from each other. A press method according to the present invention presses a unit cell by passing the unit cell between an upper roll and a lower roll. The press method is characterized by comprising a step for passing the unit cell through between the lower roll, which is mounted to an immobilized lower mount, and an upper roll mounted to an upper mount which is allowed to ascend or descend while restrained by a bracket to prevent separation, wherein the upper roll and the lower roll are spaced a predetermined distance from each other while the unit cell passes therebetween.
