Abstract:
A press roller (10) for rolling a battery plate (1), the press roller comprising a body portion (11), a rolling layer (12) and an accommodating cavity (13), wherein the body portion is provided with a channel (110) for inputting or outputting a fluid; the rolling layer is arranged on an outer side of the body portion and is used for rolling the plate; the rolling layer and the outer surface of the body portion form the accommodating cavity; the accommodating cavity is in communication with the channel; and the fluid is configured to flow into or out of the accommodating cavity via the channel, so as to deform the rolling layer. Further provided is a rolling device (1000) for a battery plate, with the device comprising a rolling module (100), and the rolling module comprising a press roller. Further provided is a method for manufacturing a plate, wherein the plate is rolled by using a press roller. Due to the variable size of the accommodating cavity, the state of the press roller can be accordingly switched between a concave and a convex state, such that different rolling forces are applied to wavy edges at different positions and of different degrees on the plate.
