Abstract:
A pressing machine (1), comprising a bed (6) in which a die cushion device (10) is installed and a bolster (51) installed on the bed (6). An internal space (61) for lifting a die cushion pad (13) forming the die cushion device (10) is formed in the bed (6), and a support part (63) passed through the die cushion pad (13) in the lifting direction and supporting the lower surface of the bolster (51) through a carrier (52) is installed in the internal space (61). Since the bolster (51) is supported by the support part (63), the deflection of the bolster (51) during press molding can be suppressed and accurate press molding can be realized. Also, since the support part (63) is passed through the cushion pad (13), the die cushion pad (13) must not be divided though it was divided before. As a result, the structure of the pressing machine can be prevented from being complicated.
