Abstract:
A pressing mechanism of an oil press comprises a pressing screw (1) and a pressing barrel (2) matched with the pressing screw (1). An oil outflow groove (21) is arranged on a side wall of the pressing barrel (2), a residue outlet (22) is arranged at the tail end of the pressing barrel (2), the pressing barrel (2) is divided into a front section of conveying cavity (23) and a rear section of pressing cavity (24), and the diameter of the pressing cavity (24) is smaller than that of the conveying cavity (23). The pressing screw (1) is divided into a front conveying section (11) corresponding to the conveying cavity (23) of the pressing barrel (2) and a rear pressing section (12) corresponding to the pressing cavity (24) of the pressing barrel. The thread external diameter of the pressing screw (1) becomes small gradually from front to back on the conveying section (11) and is kept constant after entering the pressing section (12), and the thread internal diameter of the pressing screw (1) becomes large gradually from front to back. The thread pitch of the pressing screw (1), which is the thread pitch of the pressing section, is smaller than the thread pitch of the conveying section. The conveying cavity (23) of the pressing barrel (2) is a regular polygonal cavity with a taper, and the taper variation of the conveying cavity (23) corresponds to the conveying section (11) of the pressing screw (1). The pressing mechanism is reasonable in structural design, improves pressing efficiency, is small in size, reduces production cost and can be widely applied to oil presses of various types.
