A pressing power generator, a remote control device equipped with same, and a shower apparatus. The pressing power generator (812) comprises a power generator body (1) and a driving unit (2). The driving unit (2) comprises a button (3) and a transmission member (4). The remote control device comprises a remote control signal receiver (80) and a remote control signal transmitter (81). The remote control signal transmitter (81) comprises the pressing power generator (812) as stated above. The shower apparatus comprises a rain shower head (90) and a handheld shower head (91). A switching control mechanism (900) is provided in the rain shower head (90). The remote control signal receiver (80) is mounted in the rain shower head (90) and connected to the switching control mechanism (900). The remote control signal transmitter (81) is disposed in a mounting box and mounted at the upper part of a handle of the handheld shower head (91). The pressing power generator (812) can drive an infrared light-emitting diode (LED); the remote control device can transmit signals and receive short-time infrared signals during pressing power generation; the shower apparatus achieves battery-free switching.
