Abstract:
A pressure-atomizing powered dust remover, comprising an internal pipe body and an external pipe body. The external pipe body consists of an air inlet pipe (1), a shrinkage pipe (6), a throat pipe (7), and a diffusion pipe (8) that are concentrically and hermetically connected in sequence; an outlet end of the diffusion pipe (8) is closely connected to a dehydrating device (9); a demister (10) is provided on the upper end of the dehydrating device (9). A gas compression device (3) is connected to an inlet end of a shrinkage pipe (2) of the internal pipe body by means of a pressure transfer pipe (11); an outlet end of the shrinkage pipe (2) of the internal pipe body is concentrically and hermetically connected to an equalizing pipe (5); the other end of the equalizing pipe (5) is connected to an expanding nozzle (12); the expanding nozzle (12) directly faces the center of the throat pipe (7), and the diameter of the expanding nozzle (12) is less than that of the throat pipe (7). The tail end of the shrinkage pipe (2) of the inner pipe body is provided with a water supply device (4).
