Abstract:
The present invention provides a pressure balance structure of a carbon dioxide scroll compressor. The pressure balance structure comprises a compressor body, a scroll assembly, and a one-way valve, wherein the compressor body has an exhaust channel; the scroll assembly is arranged in the compressor body, and comprises a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll and a thrust disc; the fixed scroll is sleeved with the orbiting scroll to form a high-pressure chamber which is in communication with the exhaust channel; the orbiting scroll is arranged between the thrust disc and the fixed scroll, and a back pressure chamber is formed on the side of the orbiting scroll opposite the high-pressure chamber; the scroll assembly is provided with a pressure relief channel, which is in communication with the exhaust channel and the back pressure chamber via the fixed scroll and the thrust disc; the one-way valve is arranged in the pressure relief channel; and when the pressure in the high-pressure chamber is higher than an opening pressure for the one-way valve, the one-way valve is opened and then the high-pressure chamber releases pressure to the back pressure chamber via the pressure relief channel, such that the back pressure in the back pressure chamber is increased so as to maintain the seal performance of the scroll assembly.
