Abstract:
A pressure-balanced oil-sealing plug valve, comprising a plug (1), a valve body (2) and a centering adjustment mechanism (3); the bottom portion of the plug (1) is provided with a pressure inducing hole (4); the centering adjustment mechanism (3) is mounted on a baseplate of the valve (2), and coaxially cooperates with the pressure inducing hole (4); the centering adjustment mechanism (3) comprises an adjusting bolt (11), a pressure-bearing sheet metal (9), a circular adjusting gasket (6), an upper ejection block and a lower ejection block (10); the bottom portion of the plug (1) is provided with a cylindrical flat plug hole (5) having a diameter greater than the diameter of the pressure inducing hole (4); the baseplate of the valve (2) is provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded hole, the flat plug hole (5) and the pressure inducing hole (4) are coaxially disposed; and the adjusting gasket (6), the upper ejection block, the pressure-bearing sheet metal (9), the lower ejection block (10) and the adjusting bolt (11) are sequentially disposed in a direction from the flat plug hole (5) to the threaded hole. The plug valve is a pressure-balanced oil-sealing plug valve capable of reliably maintaining pressure balance.
