Abstract:
A pressure control method and control system for clay pot rice, and an electric rice cooker, wherein the pressurization in cooking is increased on the basis of original clay pot rice, and pressurization is carried out before and after food is added; during pressurization, steam is discharged at least once and an electromagnetic valve changes from a closed state to an open state, i.e. the cycle from pressurization to stopping pressurization. The described method solves the problem in which the temperature of clay pot rice of traditional electric rice cookers is uneven, easily resulting in the top portion of rice being half-cooked and the bottom portion of rice being charred, such that before food is added midway, the temperature of the rice in a pot is more even, and the overall effect of the rice is better. After food is added, the electric rice cooker continually pressurizes such that vegetables or meat added midway may be cooked at a temperature of over 100℃ within three to five minutes, causing meat or vegetables in the clay pot rice to have a better flavor; and when a large amount of food is cooked, the cooking time of the electric rice cooker may be shortened by five to ten minutes compared to cooking time under traditional, normal pressure.
