Abstract:
This pressure control valve is provided with: a pressure control block having a recess formation surface, which is a flat surface in which a recess is formed in a shape converging towards the bottom, and two inner flow paths, one end of which is in the inner wall surface of the recess; a valve member having a front surface with a surface area greater than that of the recess opening, wherein the periphery of said front surface is in close contact around the recess in the recess formation surface and the center of said front surface is inserted into the recess; and a valve driving mechanism which adjusts the size of the gap between the valve member and the inner wall surface of the recess by pressing the center of the back surface of the valve member towards the recess and deforming the valve member.
