Abstract:
The invention concerns a pressure-control valve with a valve-obturation element (4) which is mounted so that it can move longitudinally in the valve housing (17). The valve-obturation element (4) allows the size of a port between a first pressure-medium connection point (2) and at least a second pressure-medium connection point (3) to be adjusted, the size of the port depending on the position of the valve-obturation element (4) relative to the valve seat (18). In order to reduce valve noise, passageways (1, 1') for the pressure medium, which can be closed off or opened one immediately after the other by the valve-obturation element (4), are located between the first and second pressure-medium connection points (2, 3), thus giving a variable valve-opening area.
