Abstract:
A pressure cooker with a negative pressure vacuum state, comprising a body (1) having an accommodating space (11), a lid (2) and a control structure. The control structure comprises a sealing elastic member (3), a pressure reducing valve (4) and a check valve (5), wherein the accommodating space (11) comprises a high-pressure state, a micro-positive-pressure state and a negative-pressure vacuum state; when the accommodating space (11) is in the high-pressure state, the pressure reducing valve (4) ascends under a high-pressure thrust to discharge the high-pressure gas in the accommodating space (11), and the check valve (5) ascends under pressure to limit opening of the lid (2) and is in an airtight state; and when the accommodating space (11) is in the micro-positive pressure state or the negative-pressure vacuum state, the pressure reducing valve (4), the check valve (5), the body (1) and the lid (2) are all in an airtight state. After the pressure cooker stops heating, the accommodating space (11) is continuously kept in the airtight state, and it is ensured that the accommodating space (11) sequentially and smoothly transitions from the high-pressure state to the micro-positive-pressure state and the negative-pressure vacuum state, such that food in the accommodating space is not deteriorated by external air oxidation or microbial erosion, thereby realizing the fresh-keeping function of the pressure cooker.
