Abstract:
A pressure cooking pot (1) comprises a skillet body (2), a cover piece (3), a heating component (4) and a pressure relief valve (5). An accommodating chamber (21) with a peripheral wall (22) and an opening (23) is enclosed inside the skillet body (2). Selectively, the cover piece (3) hermetically covers the opening (23) of the skillet body (2) to form a hermetical structure (24). The heating component (4) is annularly arranged on the outer surface of the peripheral wall (22). The pressure relief valve (5) is arranged on the hermetical structure (24) and can selectively communicate the accommodating chamber (21) with the outside of the accommodating chamber (21). The pressure cooking pot (1) is heated from the peripheral wall (22) of the cooking pot body (2). It can effectively avoid the scorch of the edible material deposited on the bottom of the skillet and can achieve the effect of accelerating the heating of the edible material and saving energy consumption.
