Abstract:
An inner electrode (53) made in a linear shape from a flexible conductor is placed
inside an outer electrode (52) made in a tubular shape from a flexible conductor.
Helically formed three spacer members (54) made from an insulator are arranged
between the outer electrode (52) and the inner electrode (53), and the spacer
members (54) form a gap between the outer electrode (52) and the inner electrode
(53). An inner conductor wire (55) is placed at the axis of the inner electrode
(53) so as to be electrically in contact with the inner electrode (53), and helical
outer conductor wires (56) are placed inside the outer electrode (52) so that
the outer conductor wires (56) are positioned on the opposite side of the inner
conductor wire (55) from the spacer members (54). The degree of bending freedom
is enhanced and a directional difference in detection sensitivity is eliminated.
