Abstract:
A pressure filtration system, comprising a plate type pressure filter and a six-in-one pressure filter. An outlet of the plate type pressure filter is connected to a feed inlet of the six-in-one pressure filter by means of a flange. The plate type pressure filter is used for performing primary filtration on a material to be performed pressure filtration. The six-in-one pressure filter is used for performing secondary filtration on the solid. A material pressing cylinder base of the six-in-one pressure filter is fixed on an upper portion of an upper cap for driving a pressuring plate component (17) to directly squeeze the material. A material pressing cylinder rod is of a hollow structure. A stirring shaft (15-3) passes through the cylinder rod, and is connected to a speed reducer motor (15-1). The speed reducer motor (15-1) is provided with an explosion-proof motor (15-2) as a drive. The stirring shaft (15-3) can move vertically in a barrel body (14) by means of a shaft lifting cylinder (15-7) to optimally wash the material and automatically discharge.
