Abstract:
A pressure maintaining device in a rock creep impact and micro-crack scanning experiment, comprising three parts: a pressure bearing mechanism, constant-pressure locking mechanisms (3), and a pressure real-time monitoring and regulating mechanism; the pressure bearing mechanism comprises an upper panel (1), a lower panel (2) and a cylindrical panel; there are four constant-pressure locking mechanisms (3), which are respectively provided at four corners of the upper and lower panels (1, 2); and the pressure real-time monitoring and regulating mechanism is divided into three parts: a pressure sensor (5), a smart pressure control hub (7) and a hydraulic pressure supplement device (6), realizing real-time pressure detection and regulation in a pressure maintaining process. In a conventional mechanical experiment process of a rock specimen (4), a static load pressure of the rock specimen is instantly locked and stabilized, so that a real-time test on other physical mechanical properties of a coal and rock mass specimen in a mechanical loading test process is realized, and the study on the rock mechanical properties under multi-field coupling can be achieved.
