Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a pressure measurement device that can repeatedly use a pressure sensor, does not allow bacteria to infiltrate the interior of a container, and is not affected by condensation within a bioreactor; a bioreactor equipped with the pressure measurement device; and a culturing device. More specifically, the present invention provides a pressure measurement device that measures the internal pressure of a body container, and that comprises: a container having and a flexible portion and an interior space which is connected through a channel to a gas phase in the body container; a plate-shaped member that can be fixed at a position that faces the flexible portion; and a pressure sensor that is retained between the flexible portion and the plate-shaped member. The present invention further provides a bioreactor equipped with the pressure measurement device, and a culturing device.
