A pressure measurement and water spraying device of a toilet, comprising a spray rod (4), a support (3), a driving motor, a central control unit and a toilet cover (1); the spray rod (4) is movably mounted on the support (3), and a driving motor is connected to and drives the spray rod (4) to move on the support (3); the central control unit is located at a tail end of the water spraying device of the toilet; the support (3) is fixed on the toilet cover (1), and an inner side of the toilet cover (1) is provided with a pressure sensing control unit (2); the pressure sensing control unit (2) is connected to the central control unit, and the pressure sensing control unit (2) detects the location of the anus of a user and sends the information to the central control unit when the driving motor drives the spray rod (4) to move, the central control unit controlling a buttocks washing spout (5) of the spray rod (4) to align with the location of the anus of the user for spraying. The pressure measurement and water spraying device of a toilet accurately positions the locations of the anus and private parts of a person for cleaning after defecation.
