A pressure measuring and fluid discharging and injection device for cerebrospinal fluid replacement, comprising a console (1), a fluid discharging device (2), an injection device (3), a connecting pipe (5), and a puncture needle (6). The fluid discharging device (2) comprises a cerebrospinal fluid storage tank (21), and the top of the cerebrospinal fluid storage tank (21) is provided with a first tank cover (22) matching same. The injection device (3) comprises a saline storage tank (31), and the top of the saline storage tank (31) is provided with a second tank cover (32) matching same. A pump (34) is fixedly provided at the bottom in the saline storage tank (31). A first connector (51) is fixedly connected to the head end of the connecting pipe (5), and three connecting sleeves (52) are further respectively fixedly connected to the connecting pipe (5) by means of three branch pipes. A replacement process of the cerebrospinal fluid is automatically performed, the efficiency of fluid discharging and injection is high, leakage is not prone to occurring, a patient can be better protected, and the device is safer and more reliable.
