Abstract:
A pressure protection control system for a CO2 air conditioning system of a rail transit vehicle. A series circuit is composed of a ventilator air pressure switch (1), a condensation fan air pressure switch (2), a pressure switch (4), a compressor pipeline temperature protection switch (7), and a coil of a compressor contactor (10). An input end of a controller (9) is connected to a 110 Vdc+ power supply and a 110 Vdc- power supply. An output port of the controller (9) is connected to the ventilator air pressure switch (1). A pressure sensor (3) is connected to an input terminal of the controller (9). The other end of the coil of the compressor contactor (10) is connected to the 110 Vdc- power supply. A terminal on a side of a compressor thermal magnetic circuit breaker (5) is connected to a 380 Vac power supply, and a terminal on the other side is connected to a port on a side of the compressor contactor (10). A terminal on the other side of the compressor contactor (10) is connected to a main loop wire feeding port of a compressor (11). The disconnection of any component in the series circuit causes the compressor contactor (10) to be disconnected from the loop, thereby providing a six-level protective measure for a CO2 air conditioner and effectively increasing the safety protection of the pressure in a refrigeration circuit in a CO2 air conditioning system of a rail transit vehicle.
