A pressure reducing valve comprising a body portion (32), a bonnet portion (36), an operating portion (38) having a handle (126), a first diaphragm (84), a second diaphragm (86), a third diaphragm (100) and a fourth diaphragm (102), all of which diaphragms are provided in the body portion (32) to be spaced a predetermined spacing from one another, and a nozzle (106) and a flapper (110) provided in a third diaphragm chamber (116).
