Abstract:
This pressure regulation valve (1) comprises a casing (11), a holder (13), a stationary valve (15), a movable valve (17), a spring member (19), a diaphragm (20), and a filter (30). The filter (30) filters fluid flowing into a pressure chamber (22) from an inflow opening (11f) in the casing (11). The filter (30) is provided with: a filtration section (31) for filtering fluid; and a holding section (32) having a frame section (32a) for holding the outer periphery of the filtration section (31). A positioning structure for positioning the holding section (32) at a predetermined position is provided either between the holder (13) and the holding section (32) of the filter (30) or between the casing (11) and the holding section (32) of the filter (30).
