Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pressure regulator of an air supply apparatus for respiratory protection that can promptly supply compressed air by rapidly opening a bypass fluid channel even in the case of a breakdown in a pressure reducing valve or a diaphragm. The pressure regulator of an air supply apparatus for respiratory protection comprises: a hollow plug in which a bypass hole is formed in the outer peripheral surface of a connector of a connection conduit, a bypass fluid channel communicating with the bypass hole is formed within a casing, and an air supply assembly is screw-coupled to the connector of the connection conduit to open and close the bypass hole while moving forward and backward in the direction of the axis line; a hollow stem detachably coupled to the hollow plug to bring the hollow plug into screw-rotation; and a sealing ring interposed between the end portion of the hollow plug and the side of a mounting part in the direction of the axis line while being mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the connector.
