Abstract:
A pressure regulator (16A-16D) according to the present invention reduces a pressure supplied from a gas container to a pressure to be used in a gas apparatus, and comprise: a diaphragm (1) having one side receiving a gas pressure and the other side receiving atmospheric pressure; a valve (5) which reduces the pressure of the gas supplied from the gas container by means of the position of the diaphragm (1) and supplies the gas to the gas apparatus side; a flow rate measurement part (7) which measures the flow rate of the gas the pressure of which has been reduced by the valve (5); and a leakage determining part (9) which, on the basis of measured flow rate measured by the flow rate measurement part (7), determines the presence/absence of gas leakage on the gas apparatus side.
