Abstract:
Disclosed is a pressure relief type one-way valve, inside a valve body (10) thereof being a first port (11) and a second port (12) connected to each other, and a channel between the first port (11) and the second port (12) being a pressurized channel (13). A pressurization control device is mounted at the first port (11). There is a pressure relief opening (14) connected to the pressurized channel (13) on a side of the valve body (10), and a pressure relief control device is mounted at the pressure relief opening (14). The pressurization control device comprises a first elastic element (21), a closing element (22) and a sealing element (23). The first elastic element (21) is mounted inside the pressurized channel (13), the sealing element (23) having a pressurized via (24) connectable to the pressurized channel (13) is fixed at the end face of the first port (11). The closing element (22) is elastically mounted between the first elastic element (21) and the sealing element (23), the diameter of the closing element (22) being greater than the aperture of the pressurized via (13) and less than the diameter of the pressurized channel (13) at the position thereof. The pressure relief type one-way valve has a higher reliability and can increase the maximum of the air pressure in a container, and the requirements for materials and processes are also relatively lower, helping to save on costs.
