Abstract:
Provided is a pressure-sensing device that can be made to be compact, facilitates connection between a connection electrode and a prescribed circuit provided in a stylus, and is accommodated in the stylus. The pressure-sensing device comprises a plate-like member, a plurality of strain receiving members disposed on the plate-like member, and a connection electrode for electrically connecting to a prescribed circuit. The plate-like member comprises a surface part that the force applied to the distal end of the stylus is transmitted to. The plurality of strain receiving members comprise first strain receiving members and second strain receiving members disposed at respectively different distances from the center of the part of the surface part of the plate-like member that force is transmitted to. The first strain receiving members, second strain receiving members, and a conductive pattern for connecting the first strain receiving members and second strain receiving members to each other are formed on at least one surface part of the plate-like member through deposition. The connection electrode is electrically connected to the plurality of strain receiving members, and is electrically connected to the prescribed circuit accommodated in the stylus through pressure.
