Abstract:
A pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet (10) which has a constitution comprising a protective layer (3, 3a)/image layer (2, 2a)/base layer (1, 1a)/pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (4, 4a)/release sheet (5), characterized in that incisions (P) for cutting out a label of a given shape have been formed so that the incisions (P) extend from the surface of the image layer (2, 2a) and the ends thereof reach the release sheet (5). Also provide is a process for producing the label sheet. Features of this pressure-sensitive adhesive label sheet reside in that the image layer does not peel off, positioning in a half-cut state is easy, the adhesive label sheet can be produced through a small number of steps, and the removal of unnecessary parts and the peeling of the pressure-sensitive adhesive label from the release sheet are easy.
