Abstract:
The present application provides an optical acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive and a manufacturing method thereof. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present application has a low dielectric constant at 1 kHz-1 MHz. The pressure-sensitive adhesive also has the advantages of high peeling strength and high transmittance and a wide application potential. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is polymerized from one or more acrylate monomers and an oligomer in the presence of a visible light initiator. The acrylate monomers are a saturated alcohol ester of an acrylic acid or a saturated alcohol ester of an alkylacrylic acid. The weight percentage of the acrylate monomers is 10% or more, preferably 15% or more, and more preferably 20% or more. The oligomer has a molecular weight of 20,000 or more, and is selected from one or more of an acrylate prepolymer, an epoxy prepolymer, an organic silicon prepolymer, a polyurethane prepolymer, a polyether prepolymer, a multi-hydroxyl polyolefin oligomer, a polybutadiene prepolymer, and a fluorine-modified prepolymer.
