Abstract:
Provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which has satisfactory high-temperature holding properties under shear and has stress relaxation properties whereby protrusions or surface irregularities which are present on one side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are made to less affect the other surface. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of this pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, in a tensile test conducted under the conditions of a pulling speed of 10 mm/min, has a breaking strength of 2 MPa or less. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has an 80°C tack retention (P80°C/PRT×100), as determined from a relationship between the 180° peel strength PRT at 23°C in application to a stainless-steel sheet and the 180° peel strength P80°C at 80°C in application to a stainless-steel sheet, of 50% or greater.
