The present invention relates to a pressure sensor apparatus and to an emergency notification apparatus. The pressure sensor apparatus comprises: a portable frame having a recess portion; a connection unit intersecting the recess portion and coupled to the frame; a sensor unit arranged in parallel to the connection unit and intersecting the recess portion, and coupled to the frame; a guard unit covering the connection unit and the sensor unit, and extending in the direction vertical to the advancing direction of the connection unit on a plane on which the connection unit and the sensor unit are disposed; and a pressing unit covering the sensor unit and disposed within the guard unit, and applying pressure to the sensor unit.
