Abstract:
This pressure sensor comprises: a capacitance-type sensor electrode layer that has a convex curved surface shape and has a plurality of sensing sections; an expandable/contractable first reference electrode layer that faces a first surface of the sensor electrode layer; an expandable/contractable second reference electrode layer that faces a second surface of the sensor electrode layer; an expandable/contractable elastic layer that is provided between the first reference electrode layer and the sensor electrode layer; and an expandable/contractable gap layer that is provided between the second reference electrode layer and the sensor electrode layer. The sensor electrode layer comprises a curved section and a plurality of extension sections that are provided extending from the concave-curved side of the curved section. The extension sections include the sensing sections.
